Magic jack

Is anyone upset with the service like I am? I brought a magic jack in December of 2008. I have always had problems with it. Anyone I would call either had a very hard time hearing me or couldn't hear me at all. Any time I chatted with magic jack rep. they were never able to fix the problem. Then in August of 2008 it stopped working all together. Had to get another, to no surprise I had problems with that one also. I had to get another one December of 2009, today my service was stopped because they said it was expired. When I purchased the last magic jack it came with a year free of service? So, why did my service stop?
